My Story
We all have a multitude of experiences: some good, some bad. They all shape who we are today. What matters is the emotion we have attached to those experiences and how we allow them to affect us.

Hello
My Draw to Hypnotherapy
I’ve watched someone I love deeply suffer from anxiety and depression for many years. It has been the most difficult thing I have had to witness; to try to help but not be able to “solve”. We tried all sorts of therapy over the years, including standard hypnotherapy, and it has helped as a means of coping but none of it has found the root cause of the problem. I was drawn to Rapid Transformational Therapy as a means of helping this amazing person and others like her who want to take action to heal their pain and find lasting relief.

Take the First Step
My understanding for others isn’t theoretical, it’s rooted in personal and family experiences of childhood stroke, anorexia, Parkinson’s disease, dementia, and cancer. I've seen firsthand how life’s sharp edges can leave us feeling powerless, yet navigating through them with resilience deepens empathy and understanding.
Before stepping into therapy full time, I built a career in communications, marketing, and finance in the City. Juggling family and career taught me what it means to feel stretched, overwhelmed, and yearning for change.
I don’t believe therapy should keep you tied to me. My aim is for you to find clarity, confidence, and emotional freedom, so you no longer need me.
My History in Rapid Transformation Therapy
I have been privileged to have been personally trained by the world renowned therapist, speaker and author Marisa Peer, the inspirational founder of Rapid Transformational Therapy based on her 30+ years’ experience as a therapist. Until recently this therapy has only been available to Marisa’s A List clients but through her training school there are now a number of Marisa Peer Therapists, like me, working internationally.
Frequently Asked Questions
Once you know how your mind works, anything is possible and I now realise that I can cope with any event, any situation and change any bad behaviours or negative beliefs in my life. This understanding and the skills I have acquired also enable me to help others do the same, which I consider to be the greatest gift of all.
How long does it take?
Each root cause hypnotherapy session lasts between 90 minutes to 2 hours. For that reason, please allow yourself plenty of time to make sure you’re not rushed. Prior to the session we will have an initial telephone consultation and I will gather some more information. You will leave with a bespoke recording and, after the session, I will follow up your progress.
What does it feel like?
The experience feels different for different people. Most people feel relaxed and at ease. What’s most important is to know that there is no right or wrong way and how you feel isn’t an indicator of how effective it is. Regardless of what it feels like - it’s working. After the session you may well feel tired due to having been so relaxed and/or experiencing emotional release.
Can I get “stuck” in hypnosis?
No! That’s a myth. You have complete control the whole time. You can talk, move, even get up and leave, just be comfortable. If we are on a call and it gets disconnected you may drift into sleep if you’re really relaxed, but after a while you’ll notice that you’re not hearing my voice and open your eyes.
How does it work?
Despite the misconceptions that often surround hypnosis, it’s based on science. It works by triggering alpha brain waves that are the same as when you’re in REM (Rapid Eye Movement which happens when you sleep). That’s what allows you to access the subconscious mind.
What if I don’t “go deep” enough?
Don’t worry about how deep you go. It's really not important. The depth of trance is not linked to results at all. Just allow yourself to relax and let your subconscious mind flow freely.
What if I think I already know the reasons behind my issue?
What makes Rapid Transformational Therapy so special is that, even if you think you know the reason, you see it in a completely new way. That’s what allows you to change the meaning and, ultimately, change your beliefs. Many clients go back to scenes that are totally different from what they expected. Just relax and trust that your subconscious mind will show you exactly what you need to see.
What if I go back to scenes that are painful or scary?
If you go back to scenes from your life that are related to trauma, it’s important to remember that you are not reliving that scene, you are simply reviewing it and that you are safe. I will support you and create a safe space for you to express your emotions and change the impact past events are having on you today.
When will I start to see changes?
There are 3 types of change from Rapid Transformational Therapy - every person is different: i) immediate: you feel a massive shift right away - immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviours straight after the session. ii) incremental: you see consistent shifts every day, or over time. iii) retroactive: you don’t see the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see all of the things that are different in your life.
Does it matter what time of day I listen to the recording?
No. Many clients like to listen to the recording just before going to sleep but you can listen to it any time and as many times a day as you want. The most important thing is to listen to it at least once a day for 21 consecutive days.
What if I need or want another session?
Rapid Transformational Therapy is designed to give you a powerful breakthrough and create big changes in your life. Some clients may need more than one session on a particular issue, depending on how deeply embedded it is but it shouldn’t take more than three sessions. I will always check to see what impact the treatment is having on you and together we can assess whether any more is required.
