Hypnotherapy Fees
I offer root-cause hypnotherapy for people who want fast, targeted, lasting change - without long-term therapy.
The most significant transformations I see happen within my 3-Month Transformation Programme, but I also offer single sessions and bespoke audios depending on your situation.
All work is available online (via Zoom) or in person. If you’re unsure what you need, a
short call is usually the quickest way to get clarity.
How My Hypnotherapy Works
Root-Cause Hypnotherapy Sessions
These are in-depth sessions, not standard 50-minute appointments.
Each session lasts 90 minutes to 2 hours, allowing enough time to properly identify and resolve the root of the issue - rather than just managing symptoms.
Clients often comment that the time passes very quickly. When you’re in hypnosis, you’re not aware of time in the usual way, and sessions can feel much shorter.
This is calm, focused work:
No endless talking
No writing timeline
No long-term therapy plans
Thought Re-Programming Audios
Bespoke thought re-programming audios are a core part of my work.
The brain changes through repetition. By listening daily for 3–4 weeks, you help strengthen new neural pathways and reinforce the work we’ve done together.
Each audio is:
● Created specifically for you
● Recorded in my voice
● Around 15–20 minutes long
Most clients listen in the evening before sleep, when the mind is most receptive.
3-Month Transformation Programme
£2,500 | Online or In Person
This is my most comprehensive and effective way of working.
It’s for people who want to resolve what’s holding them back, not just cope with it.
Over 90 focused days, the work is tailored entirely to you and may address confidence, anxiety, burnout, self-sabotage, emotional overload, or long-standing behavioural patterns.

Weekly support calls
WhatsApp access to me throughout the programme
I work with a limited number of clients at any one time so I can provide in-depth, high-quality support.

Single Root-Cause Hypnotherapy Session
£497 | Online or In Person
Some issues can be resolved in a single hypnotherapy session.
This option is suitable for:
● Specific fears or phobias
● Quitting smoking or vaping
● Removing a particular negative belief or behaviour
Sessions last 90 minutes to 2 hours and always include a bespoke thought re-programming audio.
If your issue is unlikely to be resolved in one session, I will tell you honestly.
Bespoke Thought Re-Programming Audio
£99
A standalone audio can be highly effective for specific situations.
Clients commonly use these for:
● Medical or dental procedures
● Exams and driving tests
● Performance anxiety
● Confidence in specific situations
You provide the details, and I create a hypnotic audio tailored precisely to you and your circumstances.
Support For Parents
If your child is struggling, it can feel overwhelming and isolating. I know this both professionally and personally.
I offer targeted support for parents of anxious, high-achieving or neurodivergent teenagers.
Parenting Teens 1:1 Coaching Call
£150
A dedicated coaching session for parents, focused on your specific situation.
