Hello
Professionals and Leaders
Oftentimes, professionals and leaders push themselves beyond their capacity without even realising it. This can easily lead to burnout, anxiety or unhealthy coping mechanisms. You might appear confident on the outside whilst constantly doubting yourself and feeling unable to challenge your state of mind or behaviour.
Perform better without burning out. Feel grounded in your worth. Regain balance between your work and personal life.
Signs that Hypnotherapy Could Help
You may be experiencing:
- Constant stress that doesn’t switch off, even when the workday ends
- Imposter syndrome, feeling you’re not good enough despite your achievements
- Burnout, with exhaustion creeping in no matter how much you push through
- Strained relationships at home or work because your patience and energy are drained
- That gnawing sense of being stuck, knowing something isn’t right, but not sure what
Did you know? You don’t need to travel or visit in person. I work with clients wherever they’re based, providing the same high-quality service remotely from the comfort of your own home.
Teenagers and Children
I work with children, teenagers and adolescents. Young children are extremely receptive to hypnosis due to their free-flowing imagination and their brains being primed to take on new suggestions. All the techniques I use can be adapted to the child’s age and understanding. Teenagers and young people often prefer hypnotherapy to talking therapy because they don’t have to sit face-to-face in a typical conversation or go over the same explanations about what they are experiencing. Just like adults, they store all the answers but may not be able to access them with the logical part of their brain. I know how to guide them to events in their life that have lead to certain thoughts or behaviours today so that we can unravel them together.

Parents of Teenagers
Teenagers experience neurological and psychological changes that are complex and often feel impossible to navigate as a parent. You may feel helpless or unable to keep up as the person you love most in the world develops. I help you gain a stronger relationship with your teen so you can build a happier family life and aid them in their journey to adulthood.
I realised I was having the same conversation with parents over and over again on how to create a better relationship with their child. This lead me to create a simple, online and on demand learning resource called Connecting With Your Teen. It can be accessed at your own pace at a time that suits you and is broken down into the following, easy to absorb 5 steps.
Step 1:
Mind the Gap - Discover What's Happening in Your Teen’s Head
In this module, you'll learn about the changes happening in your teen's brain and how these changes impact their actions. Understanding the science behind teenage behaviour is the first step to building a stronger connection with them.
Step 2:
Seeing Life From Their Perspective
Being a teenager today is a very different experience to what you went through at that age. Understanding what’s going on in their world will help you to create a stronger bond and will be a gamechanger in your relationship.
Step 3:
Parenting According to Their Needs
Grasp the unique needs and challenges of your teenager and how to tailor your parenting style to support them in the best way possible. Adjust to meet them as they are, parenting to their needs, not anyone else's.
Step 4:
Effective Communication
You'll discover how to use active listening, empathetic responses, and open ended questions to build rapport and gain trust. Communication is the most important way to understand your child and their behaviour.
Step 5:
Transition from Manager to Coach
Moving from a traditional parenting to a coaching role will enable you to empower your teenager to make decisions, learn from their mistakes, and become a confident and capable adult for the remainder of their life.
Neurodivergent Clients
Neurodivergent minds face emotional challenges that can be overwhelming. It has been proven that neurodivergent adults experience behavioural and psychological conditioning in their lives that can make them feel less worthy of success and even love. My approach respects your individual mind, uncovering when these feelings took hold and reversing them with personalised hypnotherapy sessions.
Hypnotherapy does not aim to “fix” a neurodivergent mind, because you don’t need fixing. Instead, I help you release the emotional weight and old patterns that make life harder than it needs to be.
Solve problems you’ve been suffering with for years in just a few hours.
Through a tailored, respectful approach, we work to:
- Address the root causes of anxiety or low self worth
- Build confidence and clarity, so you feel more in control
- Develop a calmer, kinder relationship with yourself
- Free you from unhelpful patterns that hold you back
My goal is to help you thrive as yourself with greater resilience and confidence.
